However, if you would still like to proceed with a refund or exchange, we make it easy! If you are initiating an exchange request, we’ll even cover shipping costs to your destination. General Information: - Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. - Merchandise exchanges and credit option requests may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Customers who may not want a sizing or color exchange on the same style can also have their return value credited to their Estilonet file with our “credit option”. This popular alternative allows you to make a new purchase on our site based on the value of your return. A coupon code will be e-mailed to you immediately upon us receiving your return. You can then type in the special code in the coupon box at checkout when YOU decide on what you want, like a future collection! Refunds will be credited back to the credit card that was initially used for the order. During busy seasons (Holidays, Valentine’s, etc) please allow up to ten working days for a refund to post to your account and fourteen working days for an exchange turnaround. If you request an exchange that has a smaller total value than the items you returned to us, we’ll credit that balance back to the credit card used to pay for the original order. Additionally, if your requested replacements are of higher value, we’ll charge that difference to the credit card used to pay for the original order. Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn (with the exception of an initial try on) and unwashed, with labels intact. Additionally, please use care when trying on the garment as some customers have returned items with deodorant stains. Because of our strict sanitary guidelines, such an event results in destruction of the garment, and a charge to the customer. Due to Florida sanitary laws and our customers' protection, panty items are subject to significant inspection. We can’t accept used/opened panty items for exchange/refund. We will only accept mint, unused, tagged, INTACT panty items for refunds. Return/Exchange Instructions with NEW Prepaid and pre-addressed Return Labels service: If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, we strongly suggest you use the same box you received your merchandise in. Additionally, please e-mail us requesting if you would like to use our prepaid and pre-addressed return label service for exchanges and credit on account requests. For your convenience, we will respond with a link via e-mail that will allow you to print out a prepaid and pre-addressed label. If you are requesting an exchange, we’ll even cover the shipping fee to your delivery destination (only the first initial exchange request on exchanges, USA destined orders only). If you are requesting a return and choose to use the convenience of our pre-addressed return label, your credit card on file will be charged a nominal $4.99 fee. Please follow the instructions below for using the return label: Step 1: Print out and apply with clear tape the return label onto your package (its ideal to enclose the items you wish to send back to us in the box that they came in). Step 2: Fill out the return/exchange form on the other side of the enclosed paper. Step 3: Enclose the garments and return/exchange form in the box and seal securely with mailing tape. Step 4: Give the package to a UPS driver or a UPS drop-off location, such as the UPS Store. You can find your closest UPS drop-off location by clicking here. Only requests from within the United States can use the pre-addressed return label service. If you are outside the U.S., or wish to use your own delivery method for a return, please send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable service to the address below. A nominal shipping charge of $9.99 will apply to international shipment exchange requests.
