What are your shipping guidelines?
We offer many different shipping options, each with a low flat rate, regardless of how much, or how heavy, your order is. We want to make your shopping experience with us as convenient as possible and believe our customers shouldn't have to pay an extra shipping expense if they desire to exchange or return an item to us. For this reason, we enclose a prepaid UPS Ground label in all UPS delivered items which allows you to send back your items to us on our tab!

Where can I track my order?

Once your order is scanned by UPS for pick up, you should automatically receive a tracking number to the e-mail address you provided us with. You can check the status of your delivery by visiting the UPS website.

What's your policy concerning backorders?

Backorders do occur, however they are few and far in between at Estilonet.com. In the event of a backorder, we will notify you via e-mail or phone. If the backorder results in a partial shipment, you will not be held responsible for any additional shipping charges.

What is the Estilonet.com return/exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee.

How do I return something?

You should find a returns/exchange form included in your order. In addition to your name and order number, you must indicate whether you would like to proceed with a return or exchange. Simply review the instructions included in your order and we'll process your request right away!

As a token of our appreciation to our valued customers, we'll even cover exchange shipping costs and send your replacements to you at no charge!

What if you accidently send me the wrong item? What if its damaged?

Mistakes and accidents do happen! However, we will not hold the customer responsible for return shipping costs to us. If you are presented with damaged goods or a wrong item, please notify us immediately and we will proceed with shipping reimbursements and corrective efforts.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes! Estilonet.com uses industry leading 128-bit SSL security encryption on our webpages where you are asked to enter personal information, including your credit card information. Additionally, we use IP tracing measures to further deny fraudelent transactions on our site.

You should also be aware that under the "Fair Credit Billing Act", your issuing credit card company must not hold you responsbile for unauthrized charges that are greater than $50.


Can I use multiple coupons?
If in the rare occasion you find yourself with multiple coupon codes, you may only use one. We suggest you use the code that saves you the most money as coupons may not be combined. Additionally, loyalty code coupons are for our loyal customer's use only, including their friends & family.

Can I FAX my order?
We understand that not everyone may feel secure using the web to place their order. We also offer an order form so you may fax or mail your order to us. We give our fax and mail orders the same speedy and courteous service

How can I pay for my order?

Estilonet.com accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Sorry, we currently don't accept Discover or Diner's Club. If you would rather use a check or money order, please use our order form. Please make checks payable to "Estilonet, INC". When using a check, we kindly ask that you allow two weeks for your check to clear.

Is everything on your website in stock?

Estilonet.com features daily dynamic inventory updating. Over 95% percent of all orders ship without any delays caused by out of stock items resulting in backorders. Our 10,000 sq. ft warehouse enables us to offer our customers a VERY generous assortment of Cosabella garments in a variety of colors and sizes. Therefore, 95% of all orders ship within one business day.

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Estilonet.com prides itself in preparing orders for delivery within 12 business hours. If you place an order early in the morning (EST), we may even ship your order the very same day. Time estimates are for in-stock items.

Within 12 hours? That sounds pretty good! But what if I place an order at 2pm (EST) and need it tomorrow?

We understand the nature of lingerie obsessions and emergencies!! If you place your order before 3pm (EST) for UPS overnight delivery, we use all of our resources to make sure your order leaves within minutes after it being placed! If its already past 3pm (EST), give us a call at 1-866-378-4566 and we'll try to accomodate your request.

How can I express some concerns or suggestions to you?

We absolutely LOVE reading feedback from our customers. We listen to our customer comments, concerns, suggestions, and even criticisms! We use your feedback to make our site better! You can send email to feedback@estilonet.com or you can use the comments box at the bottom of your shopping cart order.

Should I be concerned about privacy?

First and foremost, we do not sell or share customer information with outside organizations. At Estilonet.com, we respect your privacy and encourage you to read our entire Privacy Policy.

Not that kind of privacy, what I meant to ask was, are there any markings on your boxes which reveal the identity or contents inside the package?

The only identity you'll find on our boxes is a relatively small label with our company logo and contact information. If you wish for us to omit our company logo and contact information sticker, simply request it in the comments box in the shopping cart with your order. However, international orders will have a customs description of "clothing"

How about those "cookies"?

"Cookies" are a term used for how websites store user information. Our cookies are made up of two simple and safe ingredients: Transient cookies, which enables our server to remember what you're ordering in the shopping cart, and persistent cookies, which allow our servers to remember basic personal information and may automatically have your name and address entered in the name and address field in the shopping cart. You will NEVER see any additional personal information already entered in the credit card fields. While other sites may use more extensive and complex cookies, because we don't allow user accounts to be created, these are the only two cookies we use.

Why don't you offer user account / my account setups?

We are currently considering offering a system that allows our customers to create online accounts. In the meantime, we kindly ask that you proceed in entering any relevant order information at the time of your order.

I'm outside of the United States, can I still place an order?

In addition to the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, APOs and FPOs, we also ship to the large majority of international destinations. However, at our sole discretion, we will not ship to Indonesia, Nigeria, Afghanistan, or any other country which have histories of internet order fraud.

Do you have a catalog?

In order to keep our prices low, we have decided not to create a catalog at this time. The high cost of printing and its static nature does not allow us to update inventory and is therefore an unattractive solution. We do carry our ENTIRE stock on our website. Need something to read on the subway ride home? We invite you to print the collection pages to create your own personal catalog!

Is gift wrapping available?

We provide an attractive assortment of gift wrap designs which are shown towards the bottom of the shopping cart. If you would like to have us gift wrap your order, simply tell us which wrap design you would like in the comment box towards the bottom of the shopping cart. This service is provided with our compliments and is one of many Estilonet.com perks.
One gift wrapping request per household/customer please. Additional gift wraps are subject to a $5 charge per additional request.

I'm sending the order to a friend as a gift. In addition to gift wrapping, can you send a gift invoice?

We sure can! Simply tell us if you'd like an "unpriced" version of the invoice. These are identical to our standard invoice, but don't include any monetary values or totals.

Can I ask for coupon application on exchanges?

Sorry, we do not accept requests to apply coupons or any type of savings code on exchanges.

Can I initiate a partial multipack return?

Yes, however your credit will be based on a non-multipack purchase.
